Ginny Ball

Ginny has most recently worked as VP of Medical Group Operations for Baptist Health Deaconess in Madisonville, KY. She has over 20+ years of experience in healthcare leadership and operations management. This experience includes managing multispecialty clinics, developing and implementing strategic initiatives, compliance with

federal and state regulations, and managing ancillary departments such as radiology and therapies.

Ginny received her Bachelor’s Degree from Western Kentucky University and is currently enrolled in Western Kentucky University’s Master of Science in Healthcare Administration program (2027). She is a member of the Medical Group Management Association, the American Alliance of Orthopedic Executives, and the American College of Healthcare Executives.
