Ginny Ball

Ginny Ball serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Perry County Memorial Hospital, bringing more than 20 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience. Throughout her career, she has led physician practices, specialty clinics, and multi-site healthcare operations with a focus on operational excellence, strategic growth, employee engagement, and delivering exceptional patient care.

Prior to joining Perry County Memorial Hospital, Ginny held executive leadership roles with Baptist Health Deaconess Madisonville and Advanced Center for Orthopedics & Sports Medicine, where she successfully led organizational growth, facility expansion, and large-scale operational initiatives. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from Western Kentucky University and is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Healthcare Administration.

Ginny enjoys spending time with her husband, Manuel, and their four children.
