Perry County Memorial Hospital hosts FOURTH of TWELVE Community Health, Wellness and Prevention Lecture Series

Please join us Tuesday, April 4th at Perry County Memorial Hospital from 5:30-6:30 for our fourth lecture series. The topic of discussion will be Advanced Care Planning: Ways to direct medical care and treatment in the event you are unable to communicate. A few key points will be: What is an advance directive? What are the different types of advance directives? Are advance directives required? What happens if you do not have an advance directive?
