May is Mental Health Awareness Month—a time to shine a light on the importance of emotional well-being and to remind our community that support is always within reach. At PCMH, we believe mental health is a vital part of overall health, and we are proud to offer compassionate, accessible behavioral health services for patients of all ages.
Behavioral Health Support Close to Home
Our behavioral health therapists at the Tell City Clinic are dedicated to providing a safe, welcoming space where patients can talk openly and begin their journey toward healing. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, stress, or other life challenges, our licensed professionals are here to listen, guide, and support.
Services at our Tell City Clinic include:
- Individual counseling and therapy
- Stress and anxiety management
- Depression support
- Coping strategies for life transitions
- Referrals and coordination of care when needed
We understand that reaching out can be difficult—but taking that first step can lead to meaningful change.
Renewed Horizons: Senior Behavioral Health
PCMH is proud to introduce Renewed Horizons, our newer specialized Senior Behavioral Health program designed to meet the unique emotional and psychological needs of older adults.
As we age, life changes such as retirement, loss, medical conditions, or increased isolation can impact mental health. Renewed Horizons provides focused care in a supportive environment where seniors can regain a sense of stability, purpose, and connection.
This program offers:
- Comprehensive mental health assessments
- Individual and group therapy sessions
- Support for depression, anxiety, grief, and memory-related concerns
- A caring, structured setting tailored to older adults
Our goal is to help seniors rediscover joy, build resilience, and improve their overall quality of life.
You Are Not Alone
Mental health challenges can affect anyone at any stage of life—but help is always available. At PCMH, we are committed to breaking down stigma and making it easier for individuals and families to access the care they need.
If you or a loved one could benefit from behavioral health services or want to learn more about our Renewed Horizons program, we encourage you to reach out. Healing starts with a conversation—and we’re here to listen.
Take the first step today. Your mental health matters.
