To ensure patient safety, PCMH has implemented the following visitor and patient guidelines in our main campus and in our five satellite clinics:

PCMH Resources Available for COVID-19:
COVID-19 testing is available through Car Care at the Tell City Clinic! Any individual that requests a test will be tested. Nasal swab test results are received in 48 – 72 hours.
Car Care is open 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday – Friday, at the Tell City Clinic located at 109 US-Hwy 66 East. Please call 812.547.3447, option 1, prior to your arrival.

If visiting a PCMH Clinic, please call (812) 547-3447 before arriving. Clinic staff will provide directions on where to park and enter the building.
If visiting Perry County Memorial Hospital, please call (812) 547-7011 before arriving. The hospital staff will provide directions on where to go to be seen.

PCMH is accepting home made masks. Please follow this guideline and use a high thread count if possible. Masks may be dropped off with a staff member at the Emergency Room Entrance.
